Lenovo has introduced its ThinkEdge SE30 and SE50 edge computing devices. The solutions are powered by Intel technology and feature a fanless design, according to a press release.
The SE30 features an 11th Generation Intel Core i5 vPro processors, up to 16GB memory and 1TB storage, 4G 1 and 5G 1 modules and a temperature range of -4 to 140-degrees Fahrenheit. The SE50 meanwhile features an 11th Generation Intel Core i7 or i5 vPro processor, 32GB memory and up to 2TB storage, and an operational temperature of 32 to 122-degrees Fahrenheit.
"Edge computing is critical infrastructure for intelligent transformation within the enterprise," Jon Pershke, vice president of strategy and emerging business, intelligence devices group, Lenovo, said in the release. "The new products in the ThinkEdge portfolio are purpose-built devices designed to be networked on premise or embedded in solutions to give Lenovo's customers an advantage in performance, security and scalability."
