After launching the ThinkPad X1 Fold in global markets, the company has now debuted the world’s first foldable PC in its home country China. It comes in two variants – WiFi and 5G. The former is priced at 21,999 yuan ($3,295), whereas the latter costs 23,999 yuan ($3,595).
The Lenovo Fold Mini keyboard and Lenovo Mod Pen stylus accessories and included with both the models. The computer is already up for pre-order and will go on sale for the first time on October 28 (WiFi) and November 5 (5G) respectively.

As its name suggests, the Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold comes equipped with a 13.3-inch foldable OLED display with a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels (2K), 4:3 aspect ratio, 300 nits peak brightness, and support for stylus input despite being a foldable screen with CPI (Colorless Polyimide) cover.
It is powered by Intel Core i5-L16G7 processor clocked at 1.4GHz with a maximum turbo frequency of 3GHz and runs Microsoft Windows 10 Home. The chipset is further paired with 4,267MHz 8GB LDDR4 RAM and 512GB SSD. There is also a 256GB variant in WiFi-only configuration priced at 19,199 yuan ($2,876) but it will be available later.
On the connectivity front, the laptop features WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.1, and a couple of USB Type-C ports. Lastly, it comes with a 5MP camera and gets its juice from a 50Whr battery with support for 65W fast charging.
The Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold weighs 999g and measures 27.8×158.2x236mm when folded and 1.5×299.4x236mm in the unfolded position.
