Law360 (August 6, 2020, 8:42 PM EDT) -- Lenovo has pushed back against a Justice Department statement supporting InterDigital in a licensing dispute over standard-essential patents, arguing that attacks on its antitrust allegations merely reflect what the agency's leadership wants the law to be.

The electronics maker filed a response Wednesday in Delaware federal court opposing a July statement of interest from the U.S. Department of Justice's antitrust division that urged the court to reject Lenovo and its Motorola Mobility unit's Sherman Act claims against InterDigital.
